Welcome to the Beginners Free Trial sessions on Zoom.

These classes are for beginners and intermediate students, so you will be joined in the class by student members of SESMA.

Don’t let this put you off, as the classes are designed to accommodate the new beginners within the sessions.

The instructors are trained & qualified to teach all levels of students and will make your session informative and fun.

Though the Zoom sessions are great fun and you will learn a lot from them, they are not the same as on the mat teaching with face to face instruction.

So, if you don’t get along with the Zoom, don’t be put off, let us know and we will reserve you a place on the next available course at a SESMA venue.

To take part in a ZOOM class

Click on the JOIN MEETING beside the day & time of the class that you would like to join in with below.

You will be placed in a waiting room ready for the instructor to start the class and allow you access.

Please wear loose clothing like joggers or shorts, not jeans or school uniform.
