Thank you for joining me in the fitness classes. We all work better and harder with encouragement from others.
If your goal is as same as mine, which is to lose weight and get fitter, then I welcome you and lets get it done.
All the sessions use own body weight exercises like squats and push ups, so no extra equipment is needed.
When you start to get fitter and would like to work harder, then the use of a weight bag or disc would increase the work load but lets start with small steps.
The session will start with an explanation of the exercises and a gentle warm up, then we hit it.
Each session will be approximately 25-30mins inc warm up and talkie bit.
Lets do it and have fun.
